John Muir

A philosophical and life inspiration to me, John Muir is an important environmental and historic figure. With very few images to chose from, I wanted to bring this idol of mine into modern times and todays debate about climate change and wilderness preservation. I thought it would be fitting to have one of the first advocates for wilderness preservation seated upon a whole mountain range while gazing out at redwood trees at the national monument named after him.
