The Color Yellow

For the longest time, I had considered yellow to be a very bland and often unpleasant color. Upon learning that my painting icon, Vincent Van Gogh, loved the color yellow and considered it to be the “happiest” of all colors (he even ingested paints of this color for that very reason), I decided to give yellow a second chance. Upon deeper examination, I found that there were many subtleties in this primary color. I found that the color yellow can present itself in a lovely array of color, which I decided to document.
